Excellent! You are considering reaching out for support. You are in the right place. All clients deserve to see a counselor with whom they feel connected to on a personal level, feel confident in the expertise of the clinician and ultimately can experience a sense of safety. With Kendall you will be invited to:
1) increase self-awareness (What am I thinking? Feeling? Experiencing?)
2) improve your ability to communicate that awareness to others
3) learn how being more in tune with your own experience can benefit your overall health and well-being
Schedule a free 20 minute consultation by calling 303.817.6122 or using the Contact page. On this initial call Kendall will answer your questions about counseling, help you identify your needs and together you will create a plan to meet them.
Kendall is available for online coaching sessions for people all over the world and in-person counseling sessions for clients in Durango, Colorado.
If desired, in-person sessions can take place outdoors (walking/hiking/sitting).
